GCSE Results Day and Enrolment

 Internal Students

We very much hope that you meet the entry criteria in order to join us at the Ursuline College Sixth Form and to study your chosen subjects.

On Results Day you will need to attend the Ursuline College Sixth Form Centre to collect your results from 9am. With your results you will receive a letter detailing whether you have met the entry criteria and what to do next.

If you have not met subject specific entry criteria for one of your chosen subjects, we will liaise with you to discuss what is the best option to then take.

If you are unable to attend but believe you have met entry criteria, please email sixthform@ursuline.kent.sch.uk by 2pm on Thursday, 21 August 2025, confirming that you wish to attend our Sixth Form to study the subjects listed above.

We very much look forward to hearing from you and wish you the very best of luck for your forthcoming results.

External Students

We very much hope that you meet the entry criteria in order to join us at the Ursuline College Sixth Form to study your chosen subjects.

On Results Day you will need to attend the Ursuline College Sixth Form Centre for a meeting with either Mr Joyce, Mrs Hall or a member of the Senior Leadership Team to discuss your results.

You should bring with you evidence of your results as well as your birth certificate or passport (unless this has already been seen by the school). We will check that you meet both the basic entry criteria for our Sixth Form, as well as subject specific criteria. If you do, we will formally offer you a place in our Sixth Form and enrol you.

If you have already received a conditional offer, please attend anytime from 11am to 1pm. There may be a short wait as we process enrolments.

If you do not hold a conditional offer or have not yet made an application, please attend from 12-1pm and an offer may be discussed with you.

The school will be closed from 2pm on this day and staff will be unavailable until Tuesday, 2nd September 2025.

If you are unable to attend but believe you have met entry criteria, please email Mr Joyce on sixthform@ursuline.kent.sch.uk by midday on Thursday, 21 August 2025, attaching a copy of your results, indicating the subjects you wish to study and confirming that you wish to attend our Sixth Form. This will then be reviewed for you.

If you have not met subject specific entry criteria for one of your chosen subjects, we will liaise with you to discuss what is the best option to then take.

We very much look forward to hearing from you and wish you the very best of luck for your forthcoming results.
