Examination Certificates

Exam certificates will be ready for collection at some point in November of the following academic year the exams have been sat. This is due to the examination boards sending these out to schools and this process is usually completed by the end of Term 1. The school will send out communication on how the certifcates will be collected at the beginning of Term 2 to all candidates who took exams in the previous year.

Dates for Collection:

  • Wednesday 26th November 2025 – 2:00pm-4:00pm
  • Friday 28th November 2025 – 10:00am–12:00pm
  • Tuesday 2nd December 2025 – 2:00pm–4:00pm

As these are legal documents they will need to be signed for. If the student themselves are unable to collect the certificates during this time frame someone may do this on their behalf. However, prior communication must be received to allow this to happen. The student themselves must email the Examination Officer stating that they are not able to collect their certificate and must state who is collecting their certificate on their behalf, this email must come from their own email account. The person collecting the certificate must bring photographic ID.

Please note Ursuline College is only responsible for retaining certificates for 1 year after the qualification is obtained, after this point they may have been returned to the examination board as JCQ guidelines dictate. If you have have not collected your certificates within this time we can check if we still have have a copy, if we do not have your certificates you will need to contact each examination board to obtain copies.
